Manchester Airport Terminal 1

Manchester Airport Terminal 1 stands for a multi-purpose building, being the main terminal for scheduled and charter airlines to Europe and further destinations around the world. 

Note that it is the largest and oldest terminal in MAN Airport.

Levels

Manchester Airport Terminal 1 facilities are split on the following levels:

Level 0 

Arrivals. Some lower gates. 

Level 3 

Check-in. Departures. On the other hand, there are separate access points to boarding gates 1 to 15, 20 to 32 and 34 to 36. 

Level 4 

Mezzanine and Lounges. 

Distance inside the terminal

Time to gates: around 3 to 6 minutes. 

Transfer between Terminals 

Terminals at Manchester Airport are connected. Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are connected through an elevated Skylink walkway. Access to Terminal 3 is available through a shuttle bus or on foot.
