Manchester Airport Terminal 2
Manchester Airport Terminal 2 operates with charter and scheduled flights to Europe and other destinations worldwide.
Terminal 2 is able to handle 8 million passengers a year.
Future developments
In 2015 it was announced a 10 year development plan.
Terminal 2 will be the most developed with new piers, a larger security hall and a hallway to Terminal 3, and will be able to handle 25 million passengers a year.
Levels
Manchester Airport Terminal 2 counts with 4 levels:
Level 1
Arrivals.
Baggage claim area and access to transportation levels.
Level 2
Check-in.
Level 3
Departures area.
The Departures level grants access to boarding gates 210 to 200 and 300, and to boarding gates 211 to 215.
Level 4
Lounges.

Transfer between terminals
Terminals at Manchester Airport are connected. Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are connected through an elevated Skylink walkway, whilst Terminal 3 is accessible by shuttle bus or on foot.
